Thankyou for this set of exercises. I can’t recall what you said about the order of the sequence – is it as above, or can it be changed around – I think you said they could be practised individually. If the sequence is as on the video, is the starting point important?

The Five Yin can be done in any sequence, as individual exercises, or a few one session and a few the following session.
I usually teach them in the Five Elements order of Fire, Earth, Metal, Water, and Wood as this helps the student to understand the cycle of the Elements. I see what you mean regarding the sequence of videos. I will shuffle them around 🙂
